About me

Cote Perkins- President

Cote Perkins founded Perk after spending fifteen years at Coseo Properties.  Cote worked under Chris and Calvin Coseo since 2010 beginning at a period when the firm owned thousands of single-family homes across the United States. In his early role, Cote was responsible for building broker relationships to evaluate the marketability, buyer pool, and valuation of the firm’s residential portfolio.

In 2014, Coseo shifted its focus to opportunistic multifamily and office acquisitions. Cote transitioned into the role of Vice President of Acquisitions, where he led the full acquisition process—from underwriting and securing properties under contract to overseeing all aspects of due diligence and closing. During his tenure, he spearheaded the acquisition of 14 multifamily properties totaling over 2,000 units, along with seven office buildings comprising more than 653,000 square feet.

Over the years, Cote’s responsibilities expanded to include asset management, office leasing, capital raising, loan refinancing, and serving as a liaison with banking partners—gaining extensive, hands-on experience across all facets of the real estate industry. He now brings this breadth of expertise to his own venture at Perk.

Perk has an extensive and impressive group of partners that help Perk achieve their goals. Those partners include Coseo Properties, Coseo Enterprises, Dykema Law Offices, Moss Adams, Dietz Property Group and Lighthouse Property Management.
