In his early role, Cote was responsible for building broker relationships to evaluate the marketability, buyer pool, and valuation of the firm&#8217;s residential portfolio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2014, Coseo shifted its focus to opportunistic multifamily and office acquisitions. Cote transitioned into the role of Vice President of Acquisitions, where he led the full acquisition process\u2014from underwriting and securing properties under contract to overseeing all aspects of due diligence and closing. During his tenure, he spearheaded the acquisition of 14 multifamily properties totaling over 2,000 units, along with seven office buildings comprising more than 653,000 square feet.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the years, Cote\u2019s responsibilities expanded to include asset management, office leasing, capital raising, loan refinancing, and serving as a liaison with banking partners\u2014gaining extensive, hands-on experience across all facets of the real estate industry.
